COLFUTURO Year Book of Selected Candidates 2019

The Network, Employment and Entrepreneurship Program has the purpose of providing assistance to the beneficiaries in the construction of a valuable network of contacts that will enable them to materialize their labor and entrepreneur project. In order to meet this purpose, three lines of action are specifically addressed: labor projection, networking spaces and strengthening of entrepreneurship. Labor Projection • Creating strategic alliances with companies and entities from all sectors and based on the needs, so as to increase labor opportunities. • Development and implementation of tools and spaces that enable visibility, and connecting the beneficiaries with the companies and labor offers. • Creating interactive spaces for the structuring of their labor project: resume, interview and work search. Networking spaces • Structuring and development of spaces for the interaction and transfer of knowledge, aligned with the areas of COLFUTURO, the interests and needs of the beneficiaries and thematters that are relevant for the country. Strengthening entrepreneurship • Generationof allianceswith the national and international entrepreneur ecosystem, inorder to increase knowledge and facilitate the projection, structuring, visibility and coming together of sources for the financing of the entrepreneur projects of the beneficiaries. • These strategies, alliances, technological initiatives, spaces for knowledge, articulation and interaction, seek the strengthening of the COLFUTURO Network into a network with more and better opportunities for the beneficiaries. • The articulation of lines of actions has been strengthened through Enlace, an exclusive network for the beneficiaries that currently has more than 3.300 professionals connected with opportunities, knowledge, events and projects.
