Ana Isabel Arenas Saavedra External consultant Agricultural economist from Universidad del Valle, with a master’s degree in Economics from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium). Camilo Palacios Ávila Independent Consultant Graduate in Social Communication with a focus on development from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization in Sociology and a master’s degree in Political Discourse Analysis from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium). He has a track record in the media, the nonprofit sector, and public and private entities in the areas of strategic management, social development, and knowledge management. He also has experience in university teaching and research, as well as in the design and implementation of communication strategies, advocacy campaigns, social mobilization, and civic engagement. Carlos Andrés Amaya Gómez Vice President of Structuring at Fiduciaria Bancolombia An economist from Universidad de los Andes, with an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business (United States). Eleonora Guerrero Quijano Freelance writer and editor COLFUTURO 2008 recipient. She holds a degree in Communication and Journalism from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a master’s degree in Children’s Literature from the University of Roehampton (United Kingdom). Her career includes the publication of nine children’s books, and she has taught undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education courses at various universities throughout the country. Erika Ávila Independent Consultant Law graduate from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a master’s degree in International Relations from Carleton University (Canada). Francisco José Barrios Calderón Teacher at Los Nogales School Graduate in Communication and Journalism from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana—where he also studied Literature—with a master’s degree in Cultural Studies from The New School for Social Research (United States) and doctoral studies at Pompeu Fabra University (Spain). He has more than two decades of experience teaching Spanish at Los Nogales School in Bogotá and served as a visiting professor at The Hotchkiss School (Connecticut). He has contributed to publications such as *Gatopardo*, *Arcadia*, and *El Magazín de El Espectador*, and is the author of the short story collections *Sirirí* and *Tío Vaina*, for which he was awarded the City of Bogotá National Short Story Prize.
